COVID-19 INFORMATION
As we re-open during unusual times with some restrictions still in place, we wanted to advise you of some of the new procedures and policies that we have put in place to ensure everyone’s safety.
Hygiene
We have always had strict hygiene in place, but as well as our regular sanitizing and cleaning procedures, here’s some other safety, hygiene and social distancing measures we will have in place.
We would ask that you or your child not come onto the premises if:
• You or your child have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms within the past 14 days
• Have been in contact with anyone with any cold or flu like symptoms within the past 14 days
• Have traveled outside of the country within the last 14 days
• If you or your child are feeling in any way unwell
All staff will be wearing appropriate PPE when coming into close contact with parents or children.
We ask for adults to remain 2 metres apart where possible if you are not from the same family and use the floor markers to queue in a socially distanced manner.
We will ask every customer to sanitize their hands upon entry and again before entering the play areas and before eating and to remind children to do this at regular intervals.
Bowling balls will be sanitized before each new player
Soft play areas will be sanitized after each session
Door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, highchairs, toilets and sinks will be sanitized before each play session. As will the motorbikes.
Party rooms will be cleaned, hoovered and sanitized before each party
We will be using disposable cups, plates and cutlery initially and will have paper menu’s that will be disposed of after each session.
General information
We do not allow any outside food or drinks on the premises with the exception of a birthday cake when you have a party package booked with us.
We are still serving hot food but are offering a limited menu at this time as we are operating on limited staff. We will still have our full coffee offerings as well as scones and snacks. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to your visit so we can try and accommodate you.
All children must wear appropriate clothing for a play center. We recommend long sleeved tops and trousers/ leggings to protect arms and legs in the play frame. Socks must be worn in the soft play area and we recommend closed toe shoes for bowling.
We would remind parents/guardians that all children on the premises remain the responsibility of their parents/guardian for the duration of the party/play session. Our staff are not trained in childcare nor are we a childcare provider and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian always. We ask that you assist staff in ensuring that the children play safely and obey the rules of play for the health and safety of everyone.
